KPBX 91.1 FM

The Board of Trustees of Musicfest Northwest expresses its appreciation to Verne Windham and KPBX 91.1 FM for many years of continued support to the festival: Master of Ceremonies for our evening concerts, live studio performances of Musicfest Northwest participants, recording and broadcasting evening concerts and generous on-air promotion.

Steinway Piano Gallery

Musicfest Northwest is proud and excited to announce our continuing relationship with Steinway Piano Gallery of Spokane. Steinway agreed to supply Steinway or Steinway-designed pianos meeting all of our piano needs for festival week at no charge to us. They are also contributing funds for awards. Having Steinway as our exclusive supplier of pianos will provide our young musicians a unique sensory and musical experience of playing on a truly fine quality instrument.

Gonzaga University

Musicfest Northwest is eternally grateful for Gonzaga University allowing us to use their campus each year for adjudications. A current campus map and schedule will be posted sometime in late April 2018.

Mission Statement

Our Mission Statement is: “To encourage, develop and improve the performance of young musicians and dancers through professional adjudication.” Entrants in the Festival receive an individual written and oral evaluation of their performance by qualified teachers and concert artists.
