Celebrating the Young Artists of MusicFest Northwest

MusicFest 2024 Young Artist Winners

September 17, 2024

Last year the gold medal young artists winners of MusicFest Northwest dazzled us with their extraordinary skills and dedication. These rising stars, who triumphed in the Young Artist competition, showcased not only their technical prowess but also their deep passion for music. Their performances were a testament to countless hours of practice and an unwavering commitment to their craft.

The highlight of the festival was undoubtedly the collaboration with the esteemed Spokane Symphony Orchestra. Under the masterful direction of conductor Shira Samuels-Shragg, this unique opportunity allowed our young musicians to perform alongside seasoned professionals, creating a harmonious blend of youthful exuberance and seasoned expertise. The synergy between the young artists and the orchestra was palpable, resulting in performances that were both inspiring and unforgettable.

This collaboration was more than just a performance; it was a celebration of community and the power of music to bring people together. The success of this partnership underscores the importance of nurturing young talent and providing them with platforms to shine. We are immensely proud of our young artists and grateful to the Spokane Symphony Orchestra for their support and mentorship.
