Following the resounding success of our inaugural choral festival, MusicFest Northwest is thrilled to announce the 2nd annual Choral Festival, set for May 16 and 17, 2025. This year, we are excited to welcome the dynamic Coty Raven Morris as our guest clinician.
Under the inspiring direction of Dr. Jeffrey Murdock last year, choirs reached new heights of musical excellence, creating an unforgettable experience filled with harmony and passion. This year, high school choirs eagerly anticipate working with Coty Raven Morris, whose innovative approach and vibrant energy promise to elevate the festival to even greater heights.
Why Attend the MusicFest Northwest Choral Festival?
- Performance Experience: Showcase your choir’s talent in front of a diverse audience of students, educators, and music enthusiasts.
- Tailored Participation: Choose to participate in one or both days. Bring a whole ensemble or a group of students who love to sing and join the mass choir experience with Coty on Saturday.

Event Details:
- Dates: May 16 and 17, 2025
- Location: MusicFest Northwest at Gonzaga University, Spokane, Washington
- Registration: Early bird registration opens on November 1, 2024. Spots are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
- Registration Fee: $75 per school (scholarships available)
Options for Participation:
- Friday, May 16, 2025: Adjudication and masterclass sessions with Coty Raven Morris from 10 AM to 4 PM. Each choir will have 30 minutes to perform and receive feedback.
- Saturday, May 17, 2025: Combined choral festival with Coty Raven Morris from 10 AM to 2 PM, culminating in a combined concert at 3 PM at the Coughlin Theater, Myrtle Woldson Performing Arts Center.
- Both Days: Participate on both days for one registration fee.
